New Zealand stadium announcer reprimanded for taunting Amir

Cricket - New Zealand Cricket has reprimanded a long-time stadium announcer for taunting Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir during the third and final T20I on Friday. Mark McLeod, who is contracted by NZC, played a cash register sound effect during one of Mohammad Amir's spells during the match at the Westpac Stadium. NZC CEO David White confimred he has since apologised to the Pakistan team, and has now publicly reprimanded McLeod. Mohammad Amir is playing in his first international tour since being suspended for spot-fixing in 2010.
