England coach says they could change the batting order

The coach of the England Cricket Team Trevor Bayliss has said that they could change the batting order in the test team as the opener Alex Hales could come at No.3 and No.3 Nick Compton could be used as opener to give them chance in the future.

Hales and Compton could not do much in the series against South Africa in South Africa, as both of them scored just one fifty in 4 matches. He said that they could not perform too good in the series but they are talented and deserve more chances.

Bayliss said that Compton looked good in the beginning of the series but he could not do much later. He said that Compton played more shots than his expectation and he is satisfied with the player. He said that Compton is somebody who bats like Alastair Cook.

Compton can be somebody who can score 80 or 100 runs by batting slowly and other batsmen can bat around him and play their strokes. Bayliss said that Compton has shown some signs of being a classical player and if he is given chances he can prove that.

Bayliss was also asked if he would like to have Kevin Pietersen in the squad for the World T20 but he said that other players are doing very well and there is no need to make such a big change in the side at the moment. They had beaten Pakistan 3-0 in UAE in T20 series.
