The captain of the Australian Cricket Team Steven Smith has said that they are ready to face New Zea;and's in-form bowler Trent Boult in the test series in New Zealand as the bowler has been bowling very well and had caused problems in Australia as well.
Along with Australian bowlers Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood, Trent Boult was the co-highest wicket-taker as all of them took 13 wickets each in 3 test matches. But Boult will be looking to take revenge at home now, as Australia won 2-0 in Australia.
The New Zealand side will be looking to give farewell to their captain Brendon McCullum by winning the series as he has already announced his retirement. And Smith thinks that Boult would be his key weapon and they will be looking to prepare for him.
Smith also said that Boult had caused problems for them in the ICC World Cup 2015 game as well, when New Zealand gave the eventual champions their only loss of the competition at home and then lost to the Aussies at Melbourne Cricket Ground in the final.
Australians will be without their key pacer Mitchell Starc as Smith said that they will miss him a lot but they will have Hazlewood, Peter Siddle, James Pattinson, Chadd Sayers and Jackson Bird so they will be looking to give a very tough time to the hosts.
